Welcome to Medication Reminder. By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service Description
Medication Reminder provides people management, medication management, medication reminders, medication records, inventory alerts, a 3-day free trial, and permanent unlock features.
2. Your Responsibilities
- Protect your device and Apple ID to prevent unauthorized access to medication information.
- Before creating a profile for a family member, make sure you have their permission and enter only information that is necessary.
- Make sure medication details, dosages, and reminder times are accurate, and update them when they change.
3. Health and Medical Disclaimer
Medication Reminder is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, prescription adjustment advice, or conclusions about medication safety. Follow your healthcare professional's instructions or consult a qualified medical professional about using, stopping, changing, or adjusting medication and handling adverse reactions.
4. Reminder Notifications
Notifications may be affected by system permissions, device status, time zone, battery level, Do Not Disturb mode, or system policies. For important medication arrangements, also rely on medical instructions, medication packaging, or another reliable method of confirmation.
5. Free Use and Permanent Unlock
- The first day of use is counted as Day 1, and the App may be used free of charge for 3 calendar days.
- After the free-use period ends, you may make a one-time purchase through the App Store to permanently unlock the App. This purchase does not renew automatically.
- Purchase records are associated with the Apple ID used for the purchase. Restoring purchases does not charge you again. Prices, offer eligibility, and refunds are subject to Apple's rules.
6. Data and Privacy
Medication information, reminders, records, and images are stored only on the current device. They are not uploaded to the internet and are not automatically synchronized between devices.
7. Data Management
The App does not create Yaoyao accounts. You can delete people, medications, and related records in the App. Uninstalling the App removes related data stored on the current device.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the App for illegal, infringing, fraudulent, malicious, or otherwise harmful activities, or to violate the lawful rights and interests of others.
